    Despite the 5-star rating, the hotel lacks basic amenities such as a private beach, which turned out to be just a public area crowded with non-guests. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. The breakfast service was disappointing with insufficient refills after 9:30, leading to many empty plates.

    great stay but expected more attention

    The room I had was spacious and clean, with an really good sea view, made mornings good. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, satisfying a wide range of tastes. Access to AquaHouse Thermal & Beach was a nice touch, offering refreshing activities throughout the day. I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous garden view that added tranquility to my time at the hotel.

    The service at times felt inconsistent, affecting the overall experience.
